Kosovo's main airport shuts down after a Turkish Airlines flight appeared to have overshot a runway while landing in rainy weather. The International Airport spokesperson confirmed that the flight from Istanbul was carrying 143 passengers and 8 crew members. The plane had a minor accident which fortunately caused no injuries.
The airport will be shut until the preliminary technical investigation shows the cause of the incident. Three other flights were cancelled after the Kosovo incident. This might have been done to avoid other situations which are similar to this one because the weather was very bad and therefore prevention was prefferable.
The plane was seen on grass and people were rushing off it,Just imagine the hustle and it was raining as well. The only thing that i am glad about is that not even a single person lost his or her life after such an incident.

Thanks to God no injuries were occurred
ReplyDeleteYeah at least no one died... But how can this happen when there r so many developments done to prevent such incidents every year
ReplyDeletei think sometimes its not about technology itself , its about the way we are using it.if you can not use the technology properly then disaster is most likely to occur.
DeleteThe best part is that no one was injured. They are also doing a good thing to shut down until they find the cause that is so responsible of them.
ReplyDeleteoh thanks God no one was injured. They must not operate until the cause is found
ReplyDeleteI'm just glad that no one got injured. Thorough investigation should be done properly because people could have lost their lives if the crew had failed to control the flight.
ReplyDeleteI'm just going to be out of line a bit but the layout is perfect.
ReplyDeleteYes it is a great thing that there wasn't a disaster. Hopefully, they find the cause of the matter or else they shouldn't operate for good.
It is amazing that people didn't even get injured because the airport's reputation would have been ruined and this taught them that they should always examine everything next time before their flights are taken
ReplyDeletelet us thank God that they all came alive.
ReplyDeleteGod is good people. It is so good to hear that no one lost a life.
